According to him, the road networks in the area have generated some controversies among the people resulting in a number of demonstrations and road blocks.

Fortunately, he said the government has heard their cry and work is currently ongoing on the road networks in the district particularly Bomoadu.

He asserts that the rate and quality of work the contractor is doing has given hope to the people that in no time they will also be able to ply their roads with ease and in comfort.

He said even though the usual dust associated with their road and the muddy nature of it during rainy season is still very much present, residents are not worried because they are hopeful of its completion soon.

These roads include Osino-Juaso - 5.6 kilometers; the town roads at Saaman – and town roads at Juaso, the road from Osino through to Bososo about 16.5 kilometers, town roads at Osino, dwenase, Abompe, Hemang, Bomoadu

While the people await the completion of their town roads, the assembly has however constructed a well-paved lorry station for them at Osino.

The DCE believes the completion of these roads will give the district a facelift and contribute to accelerated socio-economic development.
