Nzema East MCE commissions new JHS block for Yediyesele Community
The Municipal Chief Executive of the Nzema East Municipal Assembly, Frank Okpenyen has commissioned a new JHS block for the Yediyesele Community.

The DCE addressing the gathering stated that the new school had been provided with a modern ICT center, office, school uniforms, nose masks, fans and connected to the national grid to aid evening studies.
He reiterated that as the MCE, he would continue all the projects the government started and lobby for more to develop further the constituency.
Giving a brief background of the school, Mr. Ibrahim Marshall, an elder of the town indicated that, the first school -a mud structure in the community was built by the community in 1982 with an initial student populace of 25 until Former President John Agyekum Kuffour through the HIPC program, built a well-furnished Primary school for the community.
In 2014, the community collaborated and built a raffia structure for the J.H.S students which had been their classroom until, Hon Catherine Afeku, MCE, Hon. Frank Okpenyen and the NPP Government intervened and provided a well-furnished JHS block for the community.
He told the gathering that the NPP Government is constructing and in some areas completed school projects in Ewuku/Agona, Agyan through GNPC, Bokro, Sentum, Kwekusuazo, and will commence the construction of another school in Gwira Aiyinasi this year.
The Chairman of the occasion (Nana Kwame Essoah III) thanked president H. E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and the NPP government for their educational support to the community. He also thanked the former MP Hon Afeku and the MCE for providing them with a well-furnished school and promised that the community would make judicious use of the facility.
He also acknowledged the hard work and humility of the MCE and humbly appealed to President H. E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo to give the MCE a second mandate.
