MCE distributes 350 free school uniforms to schools

The Municipal Chief Executive of the Nzema East Municipal Assembly Frank Okpenyen embarked on a free government school uniform distribution exercise in some selected schools in the Municipality.

He advised the students to take their studies seriously for the betterment of their future. He further promised them that he would award an undisclosed cash prize to students who would excel in the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

He also admonished them to strictly comply with the COVID-19 protocols such as wearing of nose masks, practice social distancing and wash their hands with soap under running water to safeguard their health.

The over 350 school uniforms were distributed to Brawire Akyinim M/A JHS, Awulae Agyefi JHS at Nsein and Kegyina M/A JHS all in the Nzema East Municipality.
