MCE Inspects Ongoing Grading and Shaping of Teiman Town Roads

The Municipal Chief Executive for La Nkwantanang-Madina Municipal Assembly, Madam Jennifer Dede Adjabeng on Monday, August 28, 2023 inspected ongoing grading and shaping of Teiman town roads to assess progress of work

The MCE accompanied by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Madam Abena Kwesiwa Kyei and other heads of department inspected the Teiman main road, Burgar Town, Green Hills, Chief’s Palace and New York Roads.

Madam Adjabeng said the deplorable nature of those roads necessitated the grading and shaping to ensure that motorist and residents living around could have easy accesses to their various destinations without much difficulty.

She expressed her satisfaction about the progress of work done so far and urged the contractor Mohd-Awal Investment Ltd. to keep up the pace for early completion of the project to bring a sigh of relief to motorists.

The Urban Roads Engineer of the Assembly, Madam Niki Banahene said the road network in the area under construction is 5km in all, and assured the MCE and her entourage that work would be completed in a month’s time.
