Mr. Appiah-Kubi made the commitment after receiving a unanimous 100 percent confirmation from members of the District Assembly. He said the overwhelming endorsement represented a call to serve the people beyond political affiliations.

The DCE pledged to set aside party considerations and work with all stakeholders to improve the living conditions of residents and advance the development of the district.

He expressed appreciation to the Assembly Members for what he described as a historic decision to endorse him without regard to political colours or inducement.

Mr. Appiah-Kubi assured the Assembly Members and residents that he would work tirelessly to attract and implement development projects across Bosome Freho.

The DCE identified the poor condition of roads as one of the major challenges confronting the district.

He observed that most roads leading to communities in Bosome Freho are in a deplorable condition, making movement difficult and affecting economic activities, particularly in farming communities.

He therefore pledged to work towards fixing the roads before the end of his tenure, stressing that improved road connectivity would enhance the movement of people and agricultural produce and improve access to essential services.

The DCE also assured the people that his office would remain accessible to everyone, promising an administration that would listen to the concerns of residents and respond to their development needs.

As part of efforts to improve sanitation, Mr. Appiah-Kubi announced plans to dedicate one day every month to communal labour, with a particular focus on environmental cleanliness.

He said the initiative would be undertaken in line with the directive of the President and would encourage residents to take greater responsibility for keeping their communities clean.

The DCE urged residents, community leaders and other stakeholders to support the initiative, stressing that development must go hand in hand with a clean and healthy environment.
