Dwendwenase connected to national grid of telecommunication

Dwendwenase, a community in Asante Akim South Municipal is finally connected to national grid of telecommunication.

Access to telecommunication network has been one of the biggest challenges the community was confronted with.

However, through the efforts and hard work of the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Alexander Frimpong and the Member of Parliament lawyer Kwaku Asante Boateng, the people in the community are smiling today as the era of running around the community and climbing hills to get network has finally come to an end.

This adds up to the existing 15 masts provided by the MP and MCE in 16 different communities just in 2years.

Speaking in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com, the MCE noted that, promise made by the MP and MCE to help connect these communities to telecommunication network has been successfully delivered.

According to him, excitement among residents of the beneficiary communities explains how important this development means to them.

He hinted that, another biggest development to soon hit the community is the construction of their deplorable road from Banso through to Dwendwenase.
