Mr Obeng said this when he addressed the staff and students of the Chiraa SHS, during a familiarization visit to the school.
He expressed discomfort with the surge in sexual promiscuity, drug abuse and alcoholism among Senior High School students and urged educational authorities to be firm in discipline.
Mr Obeng said teachers and educational heads played a critical role in the proper upbringing and development of students and they ought to ensure that students grow to become a national asset.
