Hiawoanwo M/A Basic School to get a six-unit classroom block

The Municipal Chief Executive of Ejura Sekyedumase, Alhaji Mohammed Salisu Bamba has cut the sod for the construction of a six-unit classroom block with office and store for Hiawoanwo M/A Basic School.

The MCE indicated that education is the priority of the Assembly, adding that the construction of the classroom block forms part of the projects earmarked for this year to improve educational infrastructure to ensure quality education in the Municipality.



Alhaji Bamba noted that the government will continue to work assiduously to provide the infrastructure that is needed in the various schools not only in Ejura but across the country.

He seized the opportunity to advise the students to take their studies seriously since they are the future leaders of the country.



Others who attended the sod-cutting ceremony were the representative of Nana Hiawoanwo Dikro, the Hiawoanwo M/A Basic School heads and staff, the Hiawoanwo Imam and some opinion leaders.
