MCE inspects ongoing school project

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Ejura Sekyeredumase Alhaji Mohammed Salisu Bamba has inspected the Sekyeredumase Senior High School to ascertain the progress of work on two major projects funded by the Assembly.

The MCE addressing the media after the inspection noted that, the projects are 560 bed capacity dormitory, toilet and bath and a six unit classroom block which is among many projects being carried out across the country aimed at eliminating the double track system in the Senior High Schools.

He indicated that the projects are at their final stages and expected to be handed over to the school by May this year.

Alhaji Salisu Bamba also presented 2,500 energy efficient saving bulbs and a number of street lights to the school to help improve the lighting system in the school.

He then pledged the Assembly readiness to commit more of its resources in providing facilities such school infrastructure, teaching and learning materials to ensure quality human resource is produce for the nation’s development.
