MCE cut sod for the construction of ultra-modern court complex

The Municipal chief executive (MCE) for Prestea Huni-Valley Dr. Isaac Dasmani has cut sod for the Construction of Ultra Modern District Court complex and Judges Bungalow at Bogoso in the Prestea Huni-Valley District.

The move is to help reduce the backlog of cases at the Magistrate court and also to ensure law and order among the good people in the Municipality.

The project which is a central government initiative through the Ministry of Local government and Rural Development is to reduce the inadequate Court infrastructure within the country as promised by His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo - Addo during his state of the Nations Address.

The MCE assured the contractor Syner Intex Energy and Ambassadors of any support needed to complete the project on time for its intended purposes and also advised them not to hesitate to contact the engineers of the Assembly for support.

The contractor also assured Nananom and the MCE to complete the project within a period of six months if nothing obstructs them.

The chief of Bogoso Nana Sompre commended the government for fulfilling the promise made to them.
