EKMA organises capacity building workshop for administrative staff

The Efia-Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly with the help of Ghana Secondary Cities Support Program (GSCSP) has organised a two day capacity building workshop on report writing for administrative staff.

The Workshop which was organised with resource persons from the local government service was targeted at building the capacity in areas of report writing, speech writing and minute making.

Administrative staff and some selected staff from various departments and units within the assembly were taken through the training process for deeper understanding in order to impart the acquired knowledge in their various departments and units.

In an address, the Municipal Chief executive, Hon Kojo Acquah, commended the head of administration and the human resource manager for developing such a laudable idea of training staff to assist them in coordination of their operations of the assembly, particularly in good report and speech writing which will enhance productivity among staff and promote accountability for improved service delivery.
