At a short ceremony presided by the District Chief Executive, Wilson Arthur, the beneficiaries received various items based on their requests.
These items presented included deep freezers, cocoa spraying machines, refrigerators, fufu pounding machines, items to establish local information centers, cash to be used as capital, among others.
The DCE in his presentation urged the beneficiaries not to see disability as an inability and should, therefore, strive hard to make an impact in the various communities they find themselves.
Mr Wilson again disclosed that Daboase Area Council climaxed the distributions in the 2019/2020 year as similar events have already taken place at Ateiku, Ekutuase, and Enyinabrim Area Councils respectively.
The PWDs in a joyful mood thanked the DCE for his continuous support towards them.
