KWABRE E: Ahodwo-Wonoo M/A JHS gets six-unit block

The Municipal Chief Executive of Kwabre East Nana Osei Assibey Bonsu has cut the sod for the construction of a six-unit classroom block for the Ahodwo-Wonoo M/A Junior Secondary School.

The MCE disclosed that the project which is being financed by the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) when completed will go a long way to facilitate a smooth teaching and learning experience in the school and also assuage the facility deficit they face.

He said the government through the Free Senior High School policy had reduced the burden of education and called on parents to enroll their children in school instead of engaging them in farming activities.

Nana Osei Assibey advised school children to take their lessons seriously to come out with good grades that would enable them to further their education and also become useful assets to their communities and the nation as a whole and also thanked the GNPC Foundation for coming to the school’s aid.
