EJISU: Achinakrom to get new school block

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Ejisu, Mr. Samuel Oduro Frimpong, has cut Sod for work to commence on an ultra-modern 6 -unit classroom block for Achinakrom Methodist Primary School.

The project, when completed, is expected to have ultra-modern facilities to help enhance teaching and learning.

The facility, which is being constructed by MMARA construction limited, is also expected to be completed within six months.

Speaking at the sod cutting ceremony, Mr Oduro Frimpong also promised the community more of such projects to help improve good and quality education for the people.

The Municipal Director of Education, Mr. Pius Kwabena Owusu, thanked the MCE for his support for education and admonished the school pupils to take their studies seriously in order to become better persons in future.

On his part, the Assembly Member for Achinakrom Electoral Area, Madam Nordy Amankwaah, commended the MCE for the timely intervention of the project.
