Winneba Municipal Chief Executive caution against examination malpractices
Nii Ephraim, Effutu Municipal Chief Executive has urged students writing the West African Senior Schools Certificate Examination (WASSCE) not to indulge in practices that could lead to the cancellation of their papers.

He asked the candidates to read the questions thoroughly and make sure they understand them before attempting to answer them.
Nii Ephraim gave the advice when he was accompanied by officials from the Municipal Directorate of Education and journalists to visit Winneba Senior High School (SHS) where the students are writing the WASSCE.
In all, 2,662 candidates are writing the examination in the Municipality with Winneba SHS as centre for West African Examination Council.
Mrs Nelly Shally Coolman, Assistant Director at the Municipal Directorate of Education in-charge of Finance and Administration, asked the students to concentrate on their work and not to discuss what they are writing with others.
This, she said would enable them to avoid any negative impact on the examination.
She suggested the need for the students to revise their notes to attract good grades.
