The donation which was done on behalf of the MP by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Victoria Adu forms part of measures in ensuring that, no candidate from both public and private schools lack basic equipment needed for the examination.
It is also expected to help reduce the financial burden incurred by parents and guardians during the examination period.
In all, about 1680 candidates are expected to write this year's BECE at three (3) WAEC examination centres in the municipality and there is an utmost hope that the mock examinations and other learning activities which was organised in all Basic schools by the Member of Parliament will instill confidence among the candidates as they begin their final examination.
