MCE hands over 200 furniture to Juaben Education Directorate
The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Juaben in the Ashanti Region, Mr Omane Aboagye has handed over 200 pieces of furniture to the Juaben Municipal Education Directorate to enhance teaching and learning in the area.

The furniture made up of 200 dual desks would be distributed to eight selected schools within the Municipality.
The beneficiary schools are; New Bomfa Methodist Basic, Juaben R/C Primary, African Faith Primary School, Dumakwai M/A Primary, Achiase M/A Primary.
The rest were Achiase Methodist Primary, Nobewam M/A Primary and Adumasa M/A Primary School.
At a short ceremony to hand over the furniture to the schools through the Juaben Education Directorate at Juaben Senior High School, the MCE said the donation formed part of government's vision to provide conducive environment for teaching and learning.
Mr Omane Aboagye assured the Education Directorate that many would be donated in the near future in order to solve furniture deficit in the Municipality.
The MCE pointed out that the Akufo Addo led government had taken education as a major priority, hence the introduction of the Free Education (SHS), which had gone a way to reduce financial burden on parents.
Eng. Adu Kumi, the Municipal Director of Education who received the furniture on behalf of the beneficiary schools was thankful to the MCE as well the government for the support.
He therefore assured the MCE for regular maintenance to serve the purpose of the donation.
