The school projects, before it’s commissioning were handed over to allow students’ access to the facility due to the urgent need to relocate pupils from their old dilapidated structure into the modern facility.

Mr. Aryee in an interview told Ghanadistricts.com that the assembly accepts full responsibility of ensuring that every child of school going age was enrolled hence the need to provide more infrastructure to be able to accommodation these children.

He thus advised pupils, especially in the beneficiary schools to complement efforts of the assembly by taking their studies serious to better their chances of making it in life.

He revealed that the assembly was working on some abandoned projects to have them completed on time to improve education in the area.

He said it was processing to takeover a two- storey twelve (12) unit classroom block GETfund project to ensure its completion after four years of being by the contractor over what he described as the lack of funding to complete the project.

He bemoaned the fact that pupils were struggling over in their current makeshift structure whiles a half completed project is left at the mercy of the rain. He said the works engineering department of the assembly were busily working to get the project rewarded to ensure its completion.

Mr. Aryee disclosed that the project is expected to cost about GHs 400, 000.00.
