Asunafo South receives 41 motorbikes

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Asunafo South District has presented 41 motorbikes to all Assembly Members in the District.

The presentation was done together with the Ahafo Regional Minister, Mr George Boakye at the Assembly premises.

Addressing Assembly Members at a short presentation ceremony, the DCE said, “I’m presenting these motorbikes to you today on behalf of the President of Ghana, H. E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and the Ministry of Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development.”

According to the DCE, the motorbikes will help assembly members effectively discharge their duties in their respective communities.

He cautioned Assembly members to put the Motors to good use but not to sell them to disabuse the intention of which they were given.

The Minister thanked the Assembly Members for their selflessness and dedicated services rendered and asked them to support the good vision of the DCE.
