Mrs Freda Prempeh, Member of Parliament (MP) for Tano North, has presented items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to selected schools in her constituency.

Bomaa Senior High School received 50 bags of cement, while the Methodist Primary and Junior High School at Duayaw-Nkwanta also got 20 desks and two lap top machines.

The Community Health Nurse Training School at Tanoso received 100 bags of cement and 20 lap tops.

Mrs Ruth Fosuaa, Tano North Constituency Women Organizer of the New Patriotic Party, who presented the items on behalf of the MP at separate ceremonies, said they were in fulfillment of a promise the MP made to the beneficiaries.

She intimated that the MP intended to secure additional 500 bags of cement to support the fencing project of the Community Health Nurse Training School.

Mr Williams Abotzabire, Principal of the Training School, thanked the MP for the gesture, and appealed for more support from philanthropists and non-governmental organizations.
