The GA Central Municipal Assembly, one of six newly created districts in the Greater Accra Region has hit the ground running with the “ Better Ghana” agenda initiatives to develop the area within the shortest possible time.

As at now the nominated Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Aristo A. Aryee   has been confirmed by assembly members to champion the agenda.

It is good to note that all the 14 assembly members have thrown their support behind the MCE to collaborate effectively and to share ideas for accelerated development.

The four-month old municipality promises to rock shoulders with already existing ones.

When ghanadistricts.com visited the municipal assembly office today at Sowutuom, the capital, the offices of revenue collection as well as other important departments were busily working as if the assembly has been there for long.
