Residents living in the Anyakpor-Adedekye Korpe Electoral Area in the Dangme East District can now breathe a sigh of relief as plans are far advance to provide them with potable water.

The assemblyman, Mr. David Ocansey (Major) who made this known in an interaction with Ghanadistricts.com revealed that residents trek 600 metres to neighboring towns before they access water.

He believed the project had come at the right time in the history of the Anyakpor-Adedekye Korpe Electoral Area adding that the facility will help bring water to their door steps.

In another development, Major noted that the area had also benefitted from a clinic and preschool structures.
