Amansie West Rural Bank Donates to Manso Adubia Community

The Amansie West Rural Bank, one of the largest rural banks in the country has donated 200 bags of cement valued at 5,600.00 to the manso Adubia community to support the proposed District Police Headquarters at Manso Adubia in the Amansie West District of the Ashanti Region.

Making the presentation, the Board of Directors of the Bank, Mr Ohene Baffour Kumah assisted by Mr James Asafo Akowuah said the presentation of the items was in response to the request by the community members for building materials to support the proposed Police District headquarters at manso Adubia to help check crimes in the area.

 

 

He said the donation of items forms parts of the bank’s corporate social responsibility to bank’s catchment areas to improve the living standard of the people.

 

He asked them to make good use of the items for the intended purposes.

 

Receiving the items, the Assembly member for Manso Adubia, Peter Atta Asenso thanked the Amansie West Rural Bank Board of Directors for their kind gesture and urged them to keep it up.

 

He said the items would be put to use for the intended purposes.

 

Mr Atta Asenso appealed to the district Assembly and the Government to renovate and upgrade the Manso Adubia Health Center to a hospital status to cater for the health needs of the people.
