The Certificate of Recognition was presented during the district’s Ghana Independence Day celebration on March 6 by the Ghana Education Service (GES) Tolon District, in collaboration with the Tolon District Assembly.

The recognition highlights Imam Abubakari’s role in supporting schools through educational infrastructure projects, teacher capacity-building and the provision of teaching and learning materials.

His humanitarian initiatives have also benefited vulnerable groups, including widows and orphans, while Race 4 Aid interventions have helped improve learning conditions in several schools across the district.

The Tolon District Education Directorate commended him for his leadership, integrity and commitment to community development, noting the lasting impact of his interventions on education and social welfare.
