He emphasised that hard work, unity, teamwork, and commitment were foundational values for achieving the Assembly’s goals.

Addressing a staff durbar, Mr. Quist said the meeting was intended to foster interaction, address key issues affecting the Assembly, and strategize for improved service delivery and future successes.

He called on staff to perform their duties with professionalism, integrity, and neutrality, stressing the need to remain non-partisan in the discharge of public service responsibilities.

The DCE reiterated his commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and sustainable development under his administration. He encouraged staff to contribute proactively to the Assembly’s development agenda.

Mr. Samuel Kwabena Sarfo, Acting District Coordinating Director, also urged staff to support the DCE, particularly in revenue mobilization efforts. He explained that the Assembly’s limited funds were hampering the execution of projects and activities in the district.

He advised staff to set realistic goals and work diligently toward achieving them. He also expressed gratitude to the DCE for his continued support since assuming office.

Ms. Christiana Boateng, the Human Resource Officer, reminded staff to abide by the Assembly’s rules and regulations to help realize its development objectives. She also encouraged Heads of Department to actively contribute to the Assembly’s progress.
