Head of local Government Service visits Akuapim South

Ing. Dr. Nana Ato Arthur has advised the staff of Akuapim South Municipal Assembly to always exhibit professionalism which is in their code of conduct.

He cautioned the staff to desist from absenteeism and lateness to work, and encouraged the staff to be cordial and to treat each other equally, not looking down on some departments and units.

The Head of the Local Government Service, made the call when he paid an unannounced visit to the Municipality.

Accompanied by the Chief Director of the Local Government Service, Madam Felicia Dapaah, Dr. Arthur stated that the visit was to check how the office is functioning, introduce the new Chief Director in the person of Madam Felicia Dapaah and more importantly check staff attendance; adding that such unannounced visits will become a regular feature in their scheme of work.

Mrs. Dapaah advised the staff to work diligently and to leave good footprints wherever they find themselves.
