The classroom blocks, headmaster’s office, and staff common room with modernized washrooms and storeroom were funded by the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF).

The DCE addressing the media said the Assembly realized the need to build the facilities following an appeal made by elders of Matsekorpe seeking the assistance of the Assembly to construct classroom blocks to enable the School to accommodate enough pupils in a class.

He seized the opportunity to advise the Pupils and Teachers to take very good care of the facilities so that generations to come will also benefit from them

The District Education Director, Madam Cynthia Akua Gbadago, on her part, expressed her profound gratitude to the Central Government and assured her that what has been entrusted in their care will be well maintained.
