North Dayi District on course to create jobs - DCE
In order to create jobs for the teaming employed youth as well as boost the economic life of the people of North Dayi, the District Chief Executive, Kudjo Edmund Attah in collaboration with an NGO called "Engineers without borders " a Dutch investor group has met landowners of Wusuta Kpebe community in the Volta Region.

The idea is to acquire not less than 400 hecters of land towards the realization of integrated agriculture development.
Speaking to ghanadistricts.com, Mr. Attah said, arrangements are afoot to play host to their counterparts "Engineers without borders" in middle of March for further discussions to be done to pave way for the actualization of this laudable initiative.
The cooperation is expected to result in the establishment of maize production, vegetable production, fish farming, fish feed factory and eventually Fisheries School to be established at Wusuta Kpebe.
He added that the project is in line with government’s Flagship Programme “One district One Factory” (1D1F).
He expressed delight at the keen interest exhibited by chiefs, queen mothers as well as other stakeholders in this new development.
