EJURA: Sod cut for construction of doctors' bungalow and special ward
A sod cutting ceremony has been held to signal the construction of a befitting doctors' bungalow and special ward at Ejura Municipal Hospital.

The project initiated by the Ejura Traditional Council and supported by the indigenes of Ejura and other philanthropist far and near is aimed at providing comfortable and conducive residential facility for the doctors.
The Ejurahene, his royal highness Barimah Hwedie II commended the good people of Ejura and other donors who contributed in one way or the other for the projects, and further admonished the Municipal Chief Executive and Member of Parliament for Ejura-sekyedumase to put heads together to see to the construction of a befitting mortuary for the hospital to complement the ongoing projects.
The ceremony was witnessed by the Dr Mensah Manye A.D, Medical Superintend, Alhaji Sulemana Yunus, Nurse Manager all of Ejura Municipal Hospital and Mohammed Salisu Bamba, MCE for Ejura-Sekyedumase Assembly, the assistant Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr Ayaba Al-Aziz Musah, Abdul Rahman Austra, the Assembly member in charge of Justice and Security and yours truly Rabiu Lecturer.
The MCE pledged his support for the project and promised to put plans in place for the construction of the benefitting Mortuary soon.
