BUILSA S: Kanjarga- Kalaasa to have ultra-modern CHPS centre soon

The Kanjarga- Kalaasa community in the Builsa South District is being built an ultra-modern community-based health planning and services (CHPS) compound to help bring health delivery to the doorsteps of the residents.

The District Chief Executive for the area, Daniel Kwame Gariba handed over the site at Kanjarga- Kalaasa for the commencement of work on the project.

Addressing the people during the handing over, the DCE disclosed that the project is being financed through the Northern Development Authority (NDA) under the One Million Dollar per Constituency Infrastructure for Poverty Eradication Project (IPEP) aimed at ameliorating the difficulties of the people in accessing good health care delivery in the area.

He urged the people to cooperate with the contractors for speedy completion of the project so that they can have the needed relief the project is to bring to them.
