Hon.Yaw Danso, District Chief Executive (DCE) congratulated the senior citizens for their faithful service to the district and the nation at large and called on them to continue to impact their rich experience towards making informed decisions for the development of the district

He assured residents of the commitment of the Assembly to develop the district.

Mr. Yaw Danso asked the retirees to use their rich experience to help in the nation building and called on the people of the area to pray continuously for the country and the district to regain its past glory to ensure development in the area.

On their part, the senior citizens thanked the DCE and the assembly for recognizing them and honouring them. They appealed to the DCE and the assembly to ensure that they give proper recognition to education and health to ensure the well being of the people and advised the youth to take up education seriously because that is the only way they can develop and contribute their quota to nation building.
