The interventions form part of efforts to improve access to quality education, provide a conducive learning environment and promote the holistic development of pupils and students in the constituency.

At Asesewa Methodist Basic School, the MP commissioned a newly constructed classroom block to help address infrastructure needs and provide pupils with a more suitable environment for teaching and learning. The addition of the football field is also expected to promote physical education, encourage sporting activities and support the development of pupils’ talents beyond the classroom.

In a further demonstration of his support for education, Hon. Bismarck Tetteh Nyarko donated 250 desks to Asesewa Senior High School (SHS) to help improve classroom conditions and provide students with adequate seating arrangements.

The donation is expected to ease pressure on existing furniture and enable students to participate more comfortably in academic activities.

Beyond the projects at Asesewa Methodist Basic School and Asesewa SHS, the MP extended support to two other schools, bringing the total number of beneficiary schools to four. The interventions reflect a broader effort to respond to the educational needs of institutions within the area.

The provision of classroom infrastructure, sporting facilities and school furniture is important in creating an environment where learners can focus on their studies while developing their physical and social skills.

The initiatives also highlight the role of collaboration between elected representatives, school authorities and local communities in addressing educational challenges and improving school facilities.

The interventions are expected to contribute to improved teaching and learning conditions and encourage pupils and students to pursue academic excellence.
