KMA holds stakeholder meeting to enhance service delivery

As part of the Assembly’s mandate to ensure the overall development and improved performance of the metropolis, the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) held a stakeholder engagement meeting at the KMA Conference Room.

The meeting brought together Heads of Departments, Units, Non-Decentralized Departments, State-Owned Enterprises, and Public Corporations within the metropolis to review the mid-year performance of planned activities for 2025 and discuss strategies for effective service delivery.


Key presentations were made by YEA, NHIS, Ghana Ambulance Service, Ghana National Fire Service, Ghana Water Company, ECG, and other service providers, focusing on achievements, challenges, and the way forward.

This engagement forms part of KMA’s efforts to strengthen collaboration with stakeholders in ensuring improved services across the five sub-metros: Subin, Nhyiaeso, Bantama, Manhyia North, and Manhyia South.
