Ketu South approves MCE

The President’s nominee for Ketu South in the Volta Region, Mr Elliot Edem Agbewornu has been confirmed by the majority of the assembly members at Tokor.

He pulled 53 votes out of 56 votes representing 93 percent whiles three assembly members, representing seven percent voted no against him. In attendance were the Volta Regional Minister Dr. Archibald Letsa and other important functionaries in the Municipality.

Mr Elliot Edem Agbewornu expressed much gratitude to all the assembly members for the mandate given to him with the resounding endorsement after been declared by the EC.

He promised to work hand in hand with all sundries to bring growth and development into the municipality.
