Sod cut for the construction of Kintampo Business Advisory Resource Centre
Sod has been cut for the construction of ultra-modern office space for the Business Advisory Resource Centre. The outfit which used to be known as the National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) is now seeking to be properly placed in driving the business agenda of the Municipality.

Speaking at the program, the MCE of Kintampo Municipal Assembly, Sarkodie touted the significance of the project for both individual businesses and groups. He called for the support of all stakeholders for the successful completion of the project within the 9 months duration, and assured the contractor of his support.
An interview with the Head of the Business Resource Centre at Kintampo Assembly, Mr. John Hammoned reviled that, the new one store building would come with more office space and improved facilities. Such as “it would be a business hub for everything business, Acquisition of permits from the Ghana Standard Authority, registration of business with the Registrar General Department, preparation of business plans and proposals and training would be aided by this new edifice and one remarkable thing to note is the provision of an Exhibition Centre within the facility”, he stated.
The Acting President of the Mo Traditional Council was full of praise for the project which he said would give a facelift to the aesthetics of Kintampo as well as providing employment opportunities for indigenes of Kintampo.
Mmanab Company Limited, construction firm for the project also promised to involve local artisans in the execution of their mandate while living up to the duration allocated for the completion of the project.
Project designs were displayed by the Regional Consultants, Architectural and Engineering Services Limited led by Architect Isaac Commey who promised a strict adherence to modern practices and an edifice fit for purpose.
