Nsawam Adoagyiri MCE inspect projects within the municipality

Mr. Isaac K. Buabeng together with some selected Staff of the Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly takes a day tour to visit some communities within the Municipality in other to assess the various projects completed and ongoing and also to find out the challenges and grievances faced by the people of the communities.

Doboro Central community was the first community to be visited by the team, and they were received well by the Chief and people of the community at the Chief’s Palace, where the Chief as custom demands, asked the purpose of such a pleasant visit.

On Behalf of the MCE, the Municipal Co-ordinating Director; Mr. Jeremiah Agyekum Amoafo made known to the chief and his people the intention of their visit, stating that, the purpose was to inspect completed projects and to inform them of upcoming ones.

The Municipal Chief Executive also took turn to thank all present for honouring the invitation within a short notice.

He then stated to the Chief and elders gathered that, construction work on roads and drainage system up to Chinto was still progressing steadily and also informed them that the extension of electricity within the community has already been done as well as access to pipe borne water.

In conclusion, he informed them that, the Assembly would be glad to know their grievances and challenges and is ready to support them in any way they can.

In response to the MCE, the Chief made known that with regards to issues and challenges they have a lot and to that, some of the major issues were made known by the chief.

The MCE then responded to the Chief and said all their concerns have been duly noted and all necessary actions will be taken and put in place.

In the absence of any further discussions, the meeting came to a closure with a prayer by Hon. Emmanuel Otto Bekoe; the Presiding member.
