Pru DCE pledges to address the development needs of all

In an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA), he said corruption which remains the major problem at the district assembly would be tackled in a more proactive and radical manner.
Mr Jalula said the assembly's revenue leakages would also be a thing of the past in his administration, saying measures would be stepped up so that revenue collectors would not have room for any malfeasance.
He expressed concern about the incidence of armed robbery, especially on the Atebubu-Yeji highway, and assured the people that the District Security Council (DISEC) would intensify military and police patrols to curb the situation.
Mr Jalula assured the communities of his commitment to ensure the equitable distribution of the assembly's project and appealed to traditional rulers and civil society organisation to provide the needed support in executing the assembly's development agenda.
This, the chief executive, said could be attained if the people pay their taxes and rates, and entreated especially traders to honour their tax obligations promptly.
