The visit, which took place on Monday, August 18, 2025, formed part of efforts to strengthen relations between the traditional authority and the district assembly.

During the meeting, Nana Safre-Adu Sampene Amankwatia commended the DCE for his leadership and development initiatives in the district. He assured the assembly of the traditional council’s support in fostering peace, unity, and progress.

On his part, Hon. Abubakar Sedik expressed appreciation for the chief’s visit, describing it as a sign of cordial collaboration between the chieftaincy institution and the assembly. He reiterated the assembly’s commitment to working closely with traditional leaders to promote socio-economic development in the district.

The interaction also touched on key issues including education, security, and infrastructure development within the Mankranso community and the district at large.
