Asokore Mampong MCE commissions "Joe boy" station

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Asokore Mampong in the Ashanti Region, Alhaji Alidu Seidu has commissioned the long awaited Ghana station popularly known as Joe boy station which has been the major desire of H.E the president of Ghana for the municipality.

At the function which was a remarkable day in the history of Asokore Mampong, the MCE assured the citizenry that he has ensured that peace prevails at the Joe boy station, adding that the Dagbon and Dagomba brothers have indeed agreed to work together in peace.

He explained that, there has been news being spread that there is always violent misunderstanding amongst the Dagbon brothers and Dagomba brothers over the station.

Alhaji Alidu Seidu also indicated that the project has been the wish of the President of the republic Ghana which he personally assured him that he will work on it assiduously.

He said that it was with great pleasure to commission the station which will also help transport commuters to WA, Bolgatanga, Tamale, Navrongo among others.
