The District Director of Education, Madam Mary Assumpa promised to distribute the furniture to the schools that really need them.

In 2018, she handed over a kindergarten block to Meguo a farming community in the Nadowli-Kaleo District of the Upper West Region. And similar one was again handed over to the Duong community. This, she said could help limit the problems of inadequate furniture in schools in her jurisdiction.

She advised the Heads of the schools to practice good maintenance culture in order to prolong the lifespan of the furniture.
