NHIA office complex commissioned at Agotime kpetoe

The newly constructed National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) office complex in Agortime Kpetoe, located in the Agortime Ziope District Assembly of the Volta region, has been officially commissioned.

The commissioning of the NHIA office complex signifies a significant investment in the healthcare infrastructure of the region, aiming to improve access to essential services for the local population.

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area, Emilia Emefa Adzimah in a brief address commended the President of the Republic of Ghana H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for placing much premium on health care of his citizenry and the CEO of NHIA and also to Dr. Okoe Boye for facilitating the building of the various operational structures for the various districts, bringing health care, to the doorstep of the people.

On his part, the Chief executive officer of NHIA commended the efforts of all the stakeholders who made it possible for the edifice to be commissioned on time. He also presented four (4) vehicles to four (4) operational offices of Kpando, South Dayi, Adaklu Anyigbe and Ketu South to aid their day to day administrative works.

The Volta Regional Minister Dr. Archibald Yao Letsa entreated the chiefs and people of Agortime and Adaklu and their supporting staff to adopt a maintenance culture of the facility to ensure its longevity and durability.

Dignitaries at the ceremony include Member of Parliament (MP) for Agortime Ziope - Charles Agbeve, Regional Director, and NHIA - Mr. Joseph Homenya amongst others.
