Ahafo Ano South West DCE Pledges Support for Wioso SHS Absorption

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Ahafo Ano South West, Abubakar Sedik, has pledged his unwavering support for the absorption of Wioso Senior High School into the government's education system.

During a visit by the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service (GES), Prof. Earnest Kofi Davis to Alma Mater Education at Wioso, Mr. Sedik emphasized the school's urgent needs.

In a direct appeal to Prof. Davis, Mr. Sedik requested that the GES Director-General advocates for the provision of a school bus and teachers' quarters to the Minister of Education.

This is seen as a crucial step in ensuring the successful integration of Wioso SHS into the government system and improving its overall educational capabilities.

The DCE who pledged his commitment to assisting the school also underscored the importance of providing adequate resources and infrastructure to support the school's growth and development.
