Western North Reg. Minister supports constituent bid to retain Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Seat
The Western North Regional Minister, Mr Kingsely Aboagye-Gyedu has presented street bulbs worth Sixty Thousand Ghana cedis (60,000) and a cheque of Forty Thousand Ghana cedis (40,000) to NPP Constituency Executives to support the campaign activities in order to retain the Bibiani seat come December.

The Regional Minister, who doubles as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai, presenting the items to the Constituency Chairman of the New Patrotic Party (NPP) Mr Franklin Asibe Appiah-Kubi, at Bibiani, said the gesture was to help the leadership of the constituency to support the campaign activities of the Presidential Candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for area, Mr Alfred Obeng Boateng at the constituency level.
Mr Gyedu believes the gesture would go a long way to lessen the financial burden on the party and pleaded with the party leadership to put items in good used so as to serve the intended purpose of its delivery.
He indicated that, similar support has been offered to the Western North Regional Campaign team and all the nine constituencies that formed the Western North Region were also not left out.
The move, according to the Regional Minister is to grab more Parliamentary seats in the Western North Region in the upcoming December polls to increase the parliamentary seats in the Region.
He charged the party members to give off their best to ensure an overwhelming victory for the party in December polls to win more seats for the NPP party.
Mr Gyedu also used the opportunity to thanked the constituency executives, polling station executives, NPP activists in the constituncy and the entire constituents for their massive support during his eight years tenure as MP.
The Constituency Chairman, Mr Appiah-Kubi after recieving the items on behalf of the party thanked the Member of Parliament for such huge support from his outfit.
He stated that the support has come at the right time and pledged that the items would be used for the intended purpose in order achieve the party agenda.
