The primary objectives of this visit were to foster stronger relationships, outline project prioritization, and discuss the medium-term development plan for the district. Key areas visited included Ankaase, Mpobi, Abrade, and Mami.
During a productive dialogue with Chiefs and elders, the DCE focused on crucial development initiatives. The meeting provided a valuable platform for her to actively listen to their concerns, aspirations, and ideas, exploring collaborative approaches to address them.
District Development Planning Officer, Ebenezer Quarm, presented the medium-term development plan, acknowledging that some projects remain incomplete due to funding shortages from the government.
However, he assured the communities of the Assembly's commitment to provide support upon the availability of the common fund, with several prioritized projects earmarked for construction and completion.
Beneficiary communities such as Ankaase East and West, Mpobi, Ejuratia/Mami, Hemang, and Abrade are slated to receive projects including road reshaping, school renovation and completion, market construction, electricity extension, CHPS compounds, and boreholes.

Traditional leaders, including Ankaase Dikro Nana Kwadwo Akwaboah, Abrade Queen Mother Nana Abrafi Mansa, and Mamihene Nana Baffour Gyasi, expressed their appreciation for the DCE's proactive initiatives and shared the challenges faced in their communities, praying for a successful and cohesive administration.
Mr. Godwin Owusu Ampomah, Assembly Member for Hemang, commended Hon. Pearl Ankrah, believing that the planned projects would significantly transform the district.
Similarly, the Assembly Member for Ankaase expressed hope for accelerated development under her leadership.
In response, Madam Ankrah appealed to affluent indigenes from the district to lend their support to the Assembly in achieving its developmental goals.
