Yendi Municipal Assembly member Pass On

One of the Yendi Municipal Assembly government appointees, Mr Andrews Manu 53 years of age passed on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at about at Yendi in Northern Region.

Mr Manu left behind a wife and three children.

He was the Yendi Constituency New Patriotic Party Financial Secretary.

He was also working with Bumco of Assemblies of God Relief and Development Agency as Accounts officer until Bumco collapsed.

According to the Land Lord Alhaji Wahabu Gbangbau Wura Mr Manu was pronounced dead at about when he was rushed to the Yendi Municipal hospital.

He said his wife Mrs Elizabeth Num Fremah told him that the husband was complaining of heart pains and he should assist her to send him to the hospital and when they got to the hospital he was pronounced dead.

The elder brother of the deceased Mr Paul Achine who led the family to convey the body to his home town Wenchi Ewisah in Brong Ahafo region Said the entire family would decide on burial and arrangements when they get home.

The Yendi Municipal Chief Executive Alhaji Hamed Abubakar Yussuf, the Yendi Municipal Coordinating Director Mr Sarfo Kantanka, the Yendi New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency Chairman Alhaji Inusah Amadu Dagomba Boy and other NPP Executive Members said they made all the necessary arrangements for the body to be conveyed to his hometown.

Alhaji Inusah appealed to the family to inform them when the burial and funeral would be done.
