A presby school at Asuokor, a deprived town in the Jaman North District has had a fair share of the national cake as renovation works has been carried on their makeshift structure.

The old structure had been slashed off due to lack of renovation works on it since it was constructed many years ago. It has no lockable doors or windows.

The few furniture in the classroom block were also either destroyed or not in good conditions thereby creating a situation for the pupils to be truants.

The situation also forced school authorities to dismiss pupils anytime rain clouds form in the skies.

Jaman North District Assembly however, not a happy with this situation quickly renovated the block to revive teaching and learning in the school.
