Effutu MCE pays courtesy call on Central Regional Minister

The Effutu Municipal Chief Executive, Alhaji Zubairu Kassim together with Sister City from Charlottesville, Virginia (USA) led by Mr. Dave Norris has paid a courtesy call on the Central Regional Minister, Mrs. Justina Marigold Assan.

The MCE said the purpose of the visit was to strengthen their relationship and also bring developmental projects to indigenes of Effutu for the coming years.

A Charlottesville City Seal was presented to the Minister as a bond between the two cities at the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC).


Speaking in an interview with ghanadistricts.com, the MCE expressed his gratitude to the regional minister and her team for their warm reception and gave the assurance that the cooperation will be sustained for the mutual benefit of all.

Present to grace the occasion were the Metropolitan Coordinating Director, and other officials from the assembly.
