Bosome Freho Police Gets a Vehicle

The Bosome Freho District Police command in the Ashanti Region for the first time since its inception over 40 years, has taken a delivery of a patrol vehicle to help curb down crime in the district.

This gesture was made possible by the Police Headquarters in Accra to ensure that the criminal activities in the area were dealt with.

In a presentation speech, the Bosome Freho District Executive, Hon. Yaw Danso said the NPP government in putting in place measures to resourcing the police service to perform their duties and hinted that the released of the vehicle was indication that government is committed to ensuring that criminal activities in the area are brought to the minimum point in the district.

He called on all meaningful citizens of the area to support the police to perform their duties without any hindrance to ensure that the place is safer for all to live.

Hon. Danso therefore urged the police command to take good care of the vehicle in order to prolong its lifespan.

Receiving the vehicle, the District Police commander, DSP Albert Ode Quansah thanked Government and the assembly for the gesture and pledged to make sure the vehicle would be put into good use to ensure that the criminal activities are reduced in the area.
