The programme attracted a diverse audience, including several Assembly Members who joined in solidarity, as well as journalists from various local media houses keen to cover this inspiring initiative. The atmosphere was filled with gratitude and hope, as beneficiaries shared stories of hardship and received much-needed support.

In his address, Mr. Acquah reflected on the strides made under his administration over the past year. "We have made significant progress in infrastructure, education, and health services, but none of this would be possible without the prayers and partnership of our stakeholders," he stated. He expressed deep appreciation to the clergy for their spiritual guidance, traditional leaders for their wisdom, and the entire community for their resilience.

To demonstrate tangible goodwill, the MCE presented a range of donations, including bags of rice, pieces of cloth for sewing, branded bags, and undisclosed cash amounts tailored to individual needs. These items aim to ease immediate burdens and foster self-reliance among recipients, many of whom face daily challenges in the rural and urban pockets of Mfantseman.

The MCE concluded with a passionate appeal, asking the clergy, widows, orphans, and all beneficiaries to continue praying for the Assembly. Your support will propel us to greater heights in development efforts this New Year.

Assembly members praised the initiative, noting, "This is leadership at its best putting the needy first and fostering unity."
