The MCE speaking to Ghanadistricts.com at the just ended orientation for metropolitan, municipal, and district chief executive (MMDCE’s) pledged her unwavering commitment to facilitate development to meet the growing demands of the people.

She disclosed plans to carry out data collection to identify skilled and unskilled human resources in the Municipality, establish community satellite markets, extend road infrastructure, extend water to other parts of the community, and intensify security in the area.

Alluding to the potential of the agricultural sector to improve the fortunes of the area, the MCE said agricultural tourism will be greatly explored, and commended President John Dramani Mahamma for the Nkoko Nketenkete policy which she described as a potential solution to the youth unemployment rate in the Municipality.
